We handle the process with care.

With the passage of SB 323 in 2020 and AB 502 in 2022, Inspectors of Election are now required to oversee each director election, regardless of whether the election is balloted or called by acclamation (Civ. Code §5105(a)(5) and Civil Code §5103). Each election process starts with basic services. Optional additional services are available to meet your Association’s needs.

Tabulation

For each election we will perform a thorough review of the Election Rules and Governing Documents, coordinate with the Association and establish a calendar of events, confidentially manage the membership list, determine authenticity of proxies, receive ballots, hear and determine challenges, tabulate ballots, provide an after meeting Election Report, and securely hold ballots for one year. In-office staff is available to assist with the election process (voting, replacement election materials, questions, etc.).

Acclamation

Associations may dispensing with balloting when an election is uncontested, and the outcome of the election is already known. For each election we will perform a thorough review of the Election Rules and Governing Documents, confirm the number of qualified candidates, hear and determine challenges, provide an Election Report, and securely hold materials for one year.

Notifications and Call for Candidates (Optional Service)
